Dual Laser Source
Our proprietary Wavelength Stabilized Laser features high output power with narrow spectral bandwidth.
- Analog or Digital (RS-232, I2C, or USB) control modes
- Photodiode power monitoring
- Pulse width modulation
- Automatic Current Control or Automatic Power Control
- An executable software GUI that allows the user to operate the system from a PC.
The laser’s stabilized peak wavelength remains “locked” regardless of case temperature (10 to 35 deg. C). Devices can be spectrally tailored to suit application needs and offer side mode suppression ratios (SMSRs) better than 40 dB, thereby providing extremely high signal to noise ratio and making these sources ideal for Raman spectroscopy and pump laser applications.
Dual-laser sources have been configured with the same wavelength in order to increase the power level or with two wavelength sources that are wavelength beam combined into a single output fiber especially for Raman Concatenation systems.
Front panel operation allows the user to control the output power from the front panel with a rotary knob and switch between each laser source with a front panel switch. Alternatively, each lasers output can be digitally controlled with a IPS supplied GUI.
